We have an established a suite of successful policies and procedures which we will use to assist newly established or growing MAT’s create a structure to suit their own environment.

Our offer includes:

• We will share our existing policy documentation with you to assist you in adopting a compliant set of regulations which are tailored to the requirements of your MAT
• We will perform our AFH Compliance check to review your compliance against the Academy Financial Handbook’s ‘must’ requirements
• We will provide advice on financial procedures and good practice to enhance your Monthly Accounting Processes and assist in the implementation of a sound system of financial controls.

These services are provided by our Financial Accounting Team, predominantly Dawn Brown FCCA, with support from the Finance Director (Eddie Pearce).
