By the end of the course participants will be able to:
- Know what legal frameworks affect recruitment and how to avoid discrimination throughout the recruitment process
- Understand the importance of safer recruitment practices and be able to apply these practices confidently throughout any recruitment process
- Understand the recruitment process for the Greenwood Academies Trust; your role as well as HR’s, in order to achieve a smooth, well planned recruitment campaign
- Carry out a thorough, fair and safe interview process in order to aid well informed recruitment decisions and recognise the importance of documentation
