    "Well done to the young people and staff at our secondary academies. We have seen some exceptional individual results for some very talented and dedicated students. I am delighted to see the improvement in GCSE results this year across the Trust. We have an incredibly talented team of people working in our academies who are supported by The Education Support Team; I am delighted that their hard work, commitment and talent is being rewarded with an considerable improvement in results across our Primary and Secondary academies this year.   • Stanground GCSE celebration

    Stanground Academy is celebrating the fantastic GCSE results of its students. There are more top grades than ever before and big improvements across English, Mathematics and Science.

    Yvonne Bowen, Chair of the Academy Advisory Council, added “I am very proud of the achievements of our students and wish them the very best of luck in their next steps, whether that is at Stanground Academy Sixth Form, starting an apprenticeship or studying somewhere else.   • Kingswood Secondary Academy GCSE success

    Kingswood Secondary Academy celebrates as GCSE results 2018 indicate an improvement in overall performance.

    Andy Burton, Prinicpal at Kingswood Secondary Academy had the following to say:

    "We are very pleased with the GCSE & vocational examination results which show a significant improvement compared to last year. Students have improved by more than a quarter of a grade on average across all their subjects."

  • Record breaking GCSE results at Nottingham Girls' Academy

    The Trust is proud to announce Nottingham Girls' Academy have broken their GCSE results record.

    More than two thirds got above a grade four in English and Maths, equivalent to an old grade C, and 38 percent got a strong pass at grade five or above. 

    The Academy, which had more than 700 pupils on the roll last year, is also celebrating 44 percent of its pupils getting a grade four in English, Maths, Science, a Humanity and Modern Foreign Language.

    The unity and support amongst the girls within the Academy created an environment that was full of ambition, determination and courage. Kinga Cwiek is a testament to the unity and drive at Nottingham Girls Academy. As a polish immigrant who arrived in the UK two years ago, Kinga felt like she was given support by teachers and peers that allowed her to embrace herself, grow and learn. So much so that she attained "exceptional" results, like many other students who are proudly celebrating today.
