Group vision. Quality and standards. Developing new business and liaising with Ministers, the DfE, Local Authorities and Partnerships for Schools (PfS). Ensuring the efficient delivery of new projects.
Graham Feek - Deputy Chief Executive
Key responsibilities:
Quality and standards of support structures. Project management of new Academies, liaising with Local Authorities, and Partnerships for Schools. Group finance and legals.
Mike Hamlin - Senior Education Adviser
Key responsibilities:
Literacy and English vision. Student voice for developing Academies and consultation with other stakeholders. Project management for new Academies.
Elspeth Sharp - Education Director, Programmes
Key responsibilities:
Oversight for project management for all new Academies including design and build. Staffing needs analysis. Oversight of curriculum within the Academy group.
Jo Sturrock - Senior Education Adviser
Key responsibilities:
Oversight of the Continuing Professional Development process for staff. Oversight of the statutory support and monitoring for graduate trainees, PGCE students and NQTs. Advising the Chief Executive on the training needs of the organisation. Investors in People or its equivalent.
Jackie Simpson - Executive Principal
Key responsibilities:
To oversee, quality assure, lead and manage all three sites of the Nottingham Academy. To be the named ‘headteacher’ in any Ofsted report for the Nottingham Academy.
Martyn Turner - Executive Principal
Key responsibilities:
To oversee, quality assure and support specific open Academies within the Trust Group. To develop relationships and working practices in new projects.
Rosemary Napthine - Executive Principal
Key responsibilities:
Special Education Needs, compliance and best practice. Project management,quality assurance and support for new Special Schools.
Lynda Valentine - Executive Principal
Key responsibilities:
To oversee, quality assure and support specific open Academies within the
Trust Group. To develop relationships and working practices in new projects.
Emma Hadley - Executive Principal
Key responsibilities:
To oversee, quality assure and support specific open Primary Academies within the Trust Group. To develop relationships and working practices in new projects.
David Powell - Executive Principal
Key responsibilities:
To oversee, quality assure and support specific open Academies within the Trust Group. To develop relationships and working practices in new projects.
Clare Willerton - Deputy Executive Principal
Key Responsibilities:
To support the Executive Principal to quality assure specific open Primary Academies within the Trust Group. To help develop relationships and working practices in new projects.
Geoff Wilson - Principal
Key responsibilities:
To oversee, quality assure and support specific developing Academies within the Trust Group. To develop relationships and working practices in new projects.
Jamie Kilner - Director of Sport
Key Responsibilities:
To develop Sport and new sporting opportunities, accreditation and best practice across all open Academies within the Trust.
Jane Browne-Hamlin - Education Adviser
Key responsibilities:
Support for the development of post-16 education in identified Academies.
Charlotte Anderton - Education Adviser (SEN)
Key responsibilities:
Special Education Needs, compliance and best practice. Project management for new Special Schools.
Alison Hope - Director of Infrastructure
Key responsibilities:
Oversight of all infrastructure needs for Academy projects including uniform, corporate branding and quality assurance of documentation. Administration oversight for all new projects.
Nadine Hilliard - Media and Communications Officer
Key responsibilities:
To build and maintain positive external and internal media communications in order to enable the Trust to grow and enhance its presence and reputation. Leading on the development, delivery and implementation of an integrated media communications strategy.
Stephen Moore - Project Manager
Key responsibilities:
To manage a range of Trust projects to agreed timescales and cost and hold to account Central Team members for their input. To act as the key point of contact for projects with external partners.
Julie Molde - Project Office Administrator
Key responsibilities:
To co-ordinate all activities for converting Academies and for building projects and to follow up all outstanding issues to ensure completion.
Theresa Ford - ITT and NQT Programme Officer
Key responsibilities:
Supporting and co-ordinating Initial Teacher Training programmes and statutory induction of Newly Qualified Teachers across the Trust.
Nikki Blach - PA to the Chief Executive and Deputy Chief Executive
Key responsibilities:
First point of contact and key liaison for the Chief Executive and Deputy Chief Executive’s offices. Managing all communications on their behalf.
Eddie Pearce - Financial Controller
Key responsibilities:
Overall Finance strategy and day-to-day responsibility for financial management of the Trust and its Academies.
Miles Charlton - Finance Manager
Key responsibilities:
Budget management and long-term planning, Education Funding and day-to-day support for all open Academies across the Trust.
Dawn Brown - Principal Accountant
Key responsibilities:
Financial Accounting processes across the Trust, preparation of year end Statutory Accounts, preparation of the Trust VAT return, and administration of the Trust Finance System.
Liz Hodgkinson - Senior Finance Officer
Key responsibilities:
Review and oversight of the accounts for the Central Team and for performing the monthly accounts closedown. Assisting in the preparation of year end statutory accounts and collation of budgetary information across the Trust.
Helen Lee - Finance Assistant
Key responsibilities:
Processing of financial transactions for the Central Team, assisting in monthly closedown procedures and preparation of year end statutory accounts.
Alexei Pestana - Tax and Assurance Manager
Key responsibilities:
To design an independent assurance programme in conjunction with the Responsible Officer and to deliver the programme with the Assurance Officer. Develop financial regulations, systems and controls and undertake additional audit and assurance work when required.
Kate Cusick - Assurance Officer
Key responsibilities:
Responsible for the delivery of a programme of audit and assurance work throughout the Trust.
Sarah Meader - Senior Director HR
Key responsibilities:
To lead and manage the Trust’s HR function with oversight of all HR issues. Contributing to the strategic direction of the Trust and the development of new ventures within the Trust.
Prab Kullar - Director HR
Key responsibilities:
Working at senior level to successfully manage change, with oversight of specific HR issues, new business and TUPE arrangements for new Academies within the Trust.
Marie Gunning - HR Manager
Key responsibilities:
Responsible for the day to day management of the HR team, providing advice and guidance to Academies in the Trust.
Louise Spiteri - HR Officer
Key responsibilities:
Supporting the HR Directorate in recruitment and retention, employee relations, learning and development and dealing with general HR queries relating to Terms and Conditions of employment.
Annabel Alton - HR Officer
Key responsibilities:
Supporting the HR Directorate in recruitment and retention, employee relations, learning and development and dealing with general HR queries relating to Terms and Conditions of employment.
Gail Chettle - HR Officer
Key Responsibilities:

Scarlett Turner - Recruitment Administrator

Mark Brassington - Payroll Supervisor
Key responsibilities:
Day to day supervision and co-ordination of the payroll function across the Academy Group.
Helen Shephard - Payroll Assistant
Key responsibilities:
Supports the HR Directorate in the preparation and co-ordination of payroll information and processes across the Academy Group.
Adele Windybank - Pensions Administrator
Key responsibilities:
To support the HR Directorate providing pensions administration support to both the local Government Pension Scheme and Teachers’ Pension Scheme across the Trust.
Stephanie Fleming - HR Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
Supports the HR Directorate in the preparation and co-ordination of payroll information and processes across the Academy Group.
Sophie Burton - Administrative Assistant
Key responsibilities:
Providing business administration and reception support to the Trust.
Stacey Johnson - Administrative Support Assistant
Key responsibilities:
Providing business administration, HR and reception support to the Trust.
Huzaifah Ahmad - Director of ICT - Operations
Key responsibilities:
Technical authority on all Trust ICT projects. Author of ICT specification for each Trust project. Continuing evolution of ICT systems and technical procedures. Ensuring application of published group ICT standards and procedures.
Joss Yarnell - Director of ICT – New Projects
Key responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for planning the implementation of the Trust’s integrated ICT systems. Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Managing deployment of ICT equipment within Trust projects. Identification and co-ordination of user training. Production and maintence of project plans.
Bilal Ahmad - Senior Technical Consultant
Key responsibilities:
Supporting the IT Directorate in implementing projects and ICT standards, providing training and mentoring. Technical Lead and mentor on all ICT projects.
Andy Broniewski - Service Delivery Manager
Key responsibilities:
Supporting the IT Directorate in implementing high quality customer service and service strategies. Identifying ways to improve level of service. Responsible for measuring and managing the end-to-end performance of solution against agreed Operational Level Agreements and contractual requirements, identifying issues.
Khanh Thai - Technical Field Lead
Key responsibilities:
Providing support and technical leadership to all Academies and ICT Technicians with the region. Work very closely with the Service Delivery Manager to deliver exceptional service standards to all Academies within the Trust Group.
Byron Allison - Implementation Engineer
Key responsibilities:
Supporting and working with the Trust's Senior Technical Consultant on auditing, migrating and implementing of new Academies to the Trust wide WAN. Leading on new projects on-site and provide training to on-site ICT staff.
Ollie Steffen - Director of Online Services
Key responsibilities:
Responsible for promoting the use of online learning across the Trust’s primary and secondary Academies. Development of a Virtual Learning platform to support and enhance classroom teaching.
Darren Yarnell - Director of Procurement
Key responsibilities:
To manage all contracts for services entered into by the Trust and to ensure VFM. To ensure VFM for all other Trust operations and to provide additional project management for new Trust ventures and to ensure we conform to all European legislation on procurement.
Luke Woodiwiss - Senior Procurement Officer
Key responsibilities:
To support the Director of Procurement to develop initiatives and strategies to secure VFM and work with the Director of Procurement to identify purchasing opportunities that benefit Trust Academies
John Martin - Estates Manager
Key responsibilities:
To lead and manage core estate maintenance function within the Trust, assist in the development of capital projects and provide strategic estate advice. To ensure relevant statutory, environmental, professional and technical standards are identified and maintained in relation to estate, land and property issues.
Lisa Hancock - Director of Catering
Key responsibilities:
Oversight and vision for all catering units on Trust sites. Quality Assurance of the catering process and food produced. Leadership and management of catering staff.
Maria Pritchard - Regional Catering Manager
Key responsibilities:
To support the Director of Catering with the Quality Assurance of the catering service provided throughout the Trust. Day to day management of the catering service at individual Academy level within the Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire regions.
Gareth Hickin - Regional Catering Manager
Key responsibilities:
To support the Director of Catering with the Quality Assurance of the catering service provided throughout the Trust. Day to day management of the catering service at individual Academy level within the Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire and Peterborough regions.
Geoff Slade - Director of Risk and Health and Safety
Key responsibilities:
Compliance for all Academy operations, including trips. To give technical advice on how to minimise risk to the Group organisation.
David Sullivan - Acting Data Manager
Key responsibilities:
To produce detailed reports for all Trust Academies ranging from whole-Academy data to individual student progress.
John Rider - Data Management Assistant
Key responsibilities:
To provide day to day support for all MIS software across the Trust, ensuring all returns are completed correctly and to agreed timescales.
Martin Waring - Director of Extended Opportunities
Key responsibilities:
To oversee, manage, identify and develop opportunities for our pupils to have access to a wide, stimulating and unique set of activities.
