Learning Mentor with Cover Supervisor Responsibilities
We are seeking an outstanding Learning Mentor with Cover Supervisor Responsibilities to join our exceptional team.
32.5 hours a week, term time only (39 weeks)
Fixed Term until August 2019
£18,870 - £20,541 (£14,105 - £15,354 pro rata)

The successful post holder will be required to work as a Learning Mentor, taking booster groups of pupils to help overcome barriers to learning and also cover classes in the absence of the Class Teacher, including unplanned absence and/or planned absence due to the allocation of PPA time. They will work alongside the Class Teachers to plan and teach exciting and engaging learning opportunities.
The Kingswood Secondary Academy, part of the Greenwood Academies Trust (GAT), is situated in Corby and hosts exceptional teaching facilities, including innovatively designed ICT suites and purpose built laboratories. The academy is led by an inspirational Principal, Andrew Burton, who is committed to securing achievement for all pupils and has high expectations of pupils.

You will be required to work term time only so this is reflected in the pro-rata’d salary.
