Regional Technical Support Engineer
Exciting opportunity for a Third Line IT Support Engineer to join the Central IT team at the Greenwood Academies Trust.
37 hours a week, all year round
£32,233 - £39,002 per annum

About the Role
You will be based at the Nottingham Academy but will work with academies to understand their infrastructure and service requirements. You will assist the Service Delivery Team to improve existing services, facilitate continual service improvement and introduce new technologies to meet the needs of the academies. You will need to be able to provide first class support in both technical approaches and solutions, these include:
- Support for infrastructure
- VM Technologies
- Server 2012
- Networking and security
With familiarity of the above, and excellent communication skills you will be able to provide outstanding support to users through an in depth knowledge of communication and IT infrastructure. You will be able to effectively supervise a team in a challenging environment and be highly organised. Travel will be required within the role.
